It's that time of year when everyone is cheerful and has a spring in their step and a smile on their face. Also popularly known as SUMMER! It’s almost time for our summer holiday (internal dance party) and the iGoMoon team is excited to take a well-deserved break.
Although we won’t all be in the office together, there will be one or two of us at the Moon during the summer to provide support to our customers throughout our closure period.
Before we leave, however, I asked the crew about their summer plans. Let's check-in with the team and see what they will be up to on vacation.

What is the best thing about the summer in Sweden?
The best thing about the Swedish summer is Stockholm's archipelago, strawberries, and an opportunity to recharge your batteries.
What will you do on the first day of your holiday?
I will game 24/7 and improve my Warzone stats.
What are you most looking forward to this summer holiday?
Relax. Sleep. Play golf and keep my NVIDIA GPU at +80C as much as possible. Also looking forward to doing a road trip with family. Read a lot. I have found a new interesting way to find prospects which is reading financial reports by companies on the Swedish stock exchange.
The best summer activity in Sweden is:
Be outside and living in the present. Adapt the clothes to the weather usually needed.

The summer feeling and spirit that everyone is having. Also the beautiful nature and the feeling of finally seeing sun and warmth again.

Go to our summer house on the west coast and take a swim.

We will actually be staying on a private island for a week this summer which will be a pretty cool experience (I hope). Other than that I will try to be out on the sea as much as possible!

Summer in Stockholms (and other parts of Sweden as well) is lovely - the city really comes alive with lots of nice places to hang out in the sun and "summer streets" where the restaurants move out onto the street.

It has already been, but what I did was that I packed my bags and went to Dalarna. You don't get more Sweden during midsummer than Dalarna.

- In the archipelago on an island called "Truten"

What is the best thing about the summer in Sweden?
Since the weather is hard to predict there is a big possibility you'll experience all the four seasons: spring, summer, fall and winter. That is quite fascinating, if you like that. (I don't).

Meeting my family (under safe circumstances), spending some time with my girlfriend, as well as getting a few extra hours of sleep ;)

Hiking in nature if you feel like being active, have a decent corona safe "fika" with friends or simply practise some of your favourite sports all day!

A sunny summer in Sweden has everything you could possibly need. We have amazing nature and the so-called Allemansrätt, which means that you can literally just pack up your stuff and make anywhere your home for a night.
