CRM Playbook Checker
Installation
1. Visit this page (https://checklist.igomoon.com) and click "Login using HubSpot".
2. Select the HubSpot portal you want to connect.
3. Authorize the integration and click "connect app".
4. You're now signed in and redirected to the configuration app.
Configuring your pipelines
1. Choose your object type
You can configure activities for deals stages, ticket statuses & pre-defined custom object pipelines. Currently supported custom objects are:
- Onboarding & Onboardings
- Projects
- Services
- Appointments
By you can switch which object you're configuring by selecting your desired object in the navigation.
2. Select pipeline
You can also make different configurations for different pipelines by switching tabs.
3. Stage descriptions
Visualize a description on each CRM record by clicking "edit description". This will be displayed on top of the checkboxes in the CRM.
4. Edit activities
Edit an activity to change it's name, change stage or add a description or help text.
5. Create activity
Name your activity and press "Create" to create a new activity for a stage.
Adding checklist to the HubSpot CRM record
Configure your CRM record
Navigate to any CRM record on the desired object type. In the top right corner of the middle pane, click "Customize record" and select the view you wish to add the extension to.
2. Select a tab, click (1) "Add cards" and select (2) "Playbook checker". Drag & drop in your desired order and press "Save & exit".

Navigate back to the CRM record, you will now see the playbook checker available on the CRM record tab you selected.
